Jaime Cohen Named One of the Industry's Most Inspiring People |
July/August 2008 // PharmaVOICE
TCN e-Systems' lead data management and analysis expert, Jaime Cohen, has been chosen by PharmaVOICE as one of the 100 most inspiring people in the life sciences industry. Jaime is among a select group recognized for their work and for their focus on improving the discovery, development, and understanding of life-improving and life-saving medications.
What sets Jaime apart from the crowd is her special combination of professional expertise and exceptional people skills, amplified by an unrelenting enthusiasm for what she does and by her earnest determination to make a difference. She has a keen ability to see the possibilities and to leverage data to both inform and bolster patient enrollment – skills honed during 20 years in the clinical field, including five at BBK Worldwide before she joined TCN e-Systems. More than just a "number cruncher," Jaime is also a gifted trainer, which shines through in her work with clients and other members of the study community. She has led dozens of seminars on problem solving to reinvigorate stalled recruitment programs, and on numerous other recruitment topics. When asked about problems facing patient recruitment, she names site activation as a key issue – a topic that she has written about and commented on for industry publications.
Last year, BBK's lead copywriter, Rob Laurens, was acknowledged among the PharmaVOICE 100. In 2006, BBK's global operations leader, Matt Kibby, received that same honor. For more information on this topic, click here.
