A multilingual business leader, Martin draws on broad experience in throughout the pharmaceutical industry, including managing customer relationships, identifying strategies, improving marketing effectiveness, and optimizing multi-channel interactions.

Prior to his work with BBK, Martin was marketing director at Business Lease, where he managed the Poland office and established regional representation for the company in Wroclaw and Krakow, recruiting staff, and implementing a three-year budget plan. At Marcus Evans, a leading provider of corporate training in Europe, Martin held senior-level roles in business development and sales in Prague and London, and managed all aspects of the company's two largest annual pharmaceutical conferences.

Martin holds a bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Physiotherapy in Poland. Early in his career, he was a physiotherapist in the United States and United Kingdom. He is a current member of the Association for Good Clinical Practice in Poland (GCPpl), a non-profit, member-driven organization of over 30 foreign and Polish pharmaceutical companies, several CROs, and members of the medical, scientific, and academic communities. Martin speaks fluent English and Polish, and colloquial Russian, French, and Czech.
